Northeast Ohio Golf has determined its 2019 Tournament Series schedule, and we kick off that slate this weekend with the NEOHgolf.com Turkeyfoot Stableford + Skins on Saturday, April 13th. (Get your entries in today!)
In 2019, we continue the use of Variable Tees by Age in One Division, a format feature that has brought critical praise. Having all players compete in a single division makes for better payouts and competition. The variety of winner’s ages proves that this format rewards the person who plays best that week — regardless of the date listed on his or her drivers license.
We will also continue the policy of no membership fees to enter any event, and the $100 all-in entry fee per player with a whopping 60% of each entry returned as prizes and skins.
We partner with our Course Members to schedule one event per month from April through October, skipping the always-full August championships month. We try to mix in some new courses each season, too, and this year we visit a couple of new facilities like the South Course at Mill Creek Metroparks Golf Course in Boardman:
