The NOHIO.GOLF Tournament Series has rescheduled this Saturday’s 2-Player Better Ball at The Quarry Golf Club in Canton to Sunday, June 23 with starting times at 11 a.m.
The new superintendent at The Quarry determined in February that a winter aeration was necessary to better the condition of the greens for the 2024 season. They’ve been fertilized and top-dressed recently, and they’re making progress, but they aren’t tournament-ready yet. So, thanks to an assist from Troy Schonover at The Quarry, the date has been rescheduled to give the course another six weeks of sunny weather and TLC.
Players who registered for this Saturday will be refunded later this week. Entries for the new June 23rd date will open on Sunday, June 2nd.
