After the first two events of the Cleveland Metroparks Golf Player of the Year Series, the victory at the Shawnee Hills Stroke Play put Jack Garswood in the lead with 40 points.
Matt Paterini and Thomas Priore tied for second at Shawnee and are tied in the points race with 34. Adam Frey‘s top-ten finishes in both events puts him in fourth place with 31 points.
Allen Freeman leads the Senior Division with 17.
The next opportunity for both championship and senior division players to earn point is the Am/Senior Two-Player Better Ball at Sleepy Hollow on June 26. That will be followed by the Senior Greater Cleveland Amateur Championship at Big Met on June 28 and 29.
