Twenty seven golfers played today in the 2023 Women’s Greater Cleveland Amateur Championship held at Manakiki Golf Course.
Youngstown State Junior Lizzie Saur bested the field of 17 golfers to win the Championship Division with a 3 over par 75. Sabrina Coffman was one shot back at 76. Amanda Baker and Chrsitina Nagy were two shots back of that, shooting 77.
In the first year of the event having a Senior Division, Wendy Shick was a three shot winner with a score of 79 over John Carroll Women’s Golf Coach Missy Gedeon who shot an 82. Karen Hall was in third place with an 85.
