As always, the greens at Sleepy Hollow were tough, the course was in great condition, and field had nothing but respect for the test of golf they faced.
Playing as the last group of the day, Aurora residents Bud Radis and Larry Lahnan made just enough of the tricky side-winding putts they faced to edge three teams for the 2022 title.
Lahnan and Radis beat out past champs Andrew Jendre + Jason Jendre, the two-time defending champs Allen Freeman + Ty Kovach, and Mike Cassell + Garrett Cona, all by one shot.
