Despite some challenging weather conditions, 36 players braved the elements to compete at this year’s Cleveland Metroparks Golf Stroke Play Tournament at Shawnee Hills.
Cleveland’s Jack Garswood played the front nine at 1-under par and finished with a round of 1-over par 72 to take first place.
Tom Priore and Matt Paterini were also in contention, finishing the day tied for second place at 73.
