With only a few remaining events on the Cleveland Metroparks Player of the Year series calendar, Jack Garswood of Cleveland took home the 2019 Seneca Stableford Championship on Saturday and added to his points total.
An impressive back nine that included three birdies and an eagle on Furnace Run #3 allowed Jack to cruise to a whopping 8 point victory in a fun Stableford format.
Chris Ramaglia took home second place. He got off to a hot start with only two bogey blemishes on the front nine of the Chippewa Course, then remained steady throughout the challenging and windy afternoon on the back nine Furnace Run course.
The contestants enjoyed the unique format, where bogey was the worst you could do in terms of losing points. Thank you to everyone who participated in the tournament and best of luck to everyone with the remaining events throughout the seasons schedule.
