The morning gave players a chance to score, but the afternoon was completely the opposite.
Matt Paterini turned Shawnee Hills at 1-over par and didn’t let the afternoon’s cool rain bother him. He played a bogey free 2-under par back nine to post a total score of 70 and win the Spring Stroke Play Tournament by two shots.
Finishing second at even par was Matt Roth, followed by Mark Borlin and James Weikamp who tied for third at 74.
