On a beautiful fall day in Northeast Ohio, Nick Anagnost and David Sotka came out of the starting blocks on fire with a front-nine score of 29. An equally strong finish of 3-under on their last three holes — including an eagle on the par-5 16th hole — got them to 12-under total score of 60.
With that finish, they were able to narrowly edge the teams of Allen Freeman and Larry Lahnan, and Andrew Jendre and Jason Jendre by a single shot.
Sotka solidified his position as leader of the 2015 Player of the Year race while Anagnost drew closer to second place heading into the final event, the Tour Championship at Manakiki next Saturday…
