Nick Latimer of Brooklyn, OH won the Lake Erie Golf Tour tournament played at Sleepy Hollow Golf Course in Brecksville on Thursday.
Latimer birdied the first three holes and never looked back, posting a 4-under par score of 67 to cruise to a three shot victory over Steve Lee of Columbus.
It was Latimer’s first LEGT victory.
In the amateur division, Zach Glassman grabbed another victory, boosting his season earnings to $1,755.00.
Only 11 players competed on the day, three as amateurs.
The next event will be played at Seven Hills GC in Hartville on Thursday, August 11th.
