Michael Mintz Captures 2014 Senior Cleveland Amateur

Michael Mintz of Beachwood posted two even par rounds of 72 to earn a two shot victory in the 2014 Senior Cleveland Amateur Golf Championship at Big Met Golf Course in Fairview Park on Thursday.

First round co-leaders Mark Foss and Steve Bedell posted rounds of 76 and 77 respectively, allowing Mintz to use two steady rounds to win the championship. Foss finished in a tie for second place at 146 with Tim Heavner and Paul Woznicki, while Bedell finished T5 with four players.
