Latimer Goes Back-to-Back on Minor League Tour

Minor League Golf TourFormer Cleveland Amateur champion Nick Latimer of Cleveland, Ohio, won the second tournament in a row on the Minor League Golf Tour based in West Palm Beach, FL with a four under par 68 on Thursday, January 25th at the TPC Eagle Trace.

Latimer edged Eric Beringer of Philadelphia by one stroke, among 38 starters. Latimer had five birdies and a bogey, Beringer six birdies and three bogeys. Both birdied the par-4 18th hole.

Two days earlier (Jan. 23), Latimer birdied his last two holes and shot 65 in the event at The Evergreen Club in Palm City, also winning by one.

Latimer collected $1,152 at Eagle Trace, and $1,032 at Evergreen.
