2016 Cleveland Amateur champion Ryan Stefanski of Sagamore Hills hit his first tee shot of the day at Manakiki Golf Course out-of-bounds left, on the road. Then he made six birdies after that to handily win the 2016 Cleveland Metroparks Golf Tour Championship on Saturday at the Donald Ross gem in Willoughby Hills.
Stefanski finished with a score of 73 to complete the round three shots ahead of Nick Anagnost of Cleveland, at 76.
Steve Blackburn Jr., Brian Polick and Jack Garswood all shot 77, tying for third place.
