Brothers Phillip Jendre and Andre Jendre (above) blistered Sleepy Hollow Golf Course in Brecksville on Saturday to win the 2016 Senior 2-Player Scramble Classic.
The brothers made a staggering 9 birdies and an eagle to shoot an 11-under par 60 on a tough setup.
Allen Freeman and Larry Lahnan finished with three birdies on their last four holes to shoot 62 and finish in second place at 9-under par.
Last year’s winner Steve Blackburn Sr. (with Mark Foss in 2015) partnered this time around with Mark Borlin to shoot 64 for the second year in a row. But this year’s 7-under par score was good for just third place.
