Steve Blackburn Jr. continued his strong tournament season by partnering with Jack Garswood to win the 2015 Bill Barbour Cup at Sleepy Hollow Golf Course in Brecksville on Sunday.
Windy and wet conditions made scoring a challenge, and the winners finished with a total score of 2-under par 69. The team started off well, going 2-under in the better-ball format on the first six holes. They then played even through the scramble and modified alternate shot formats to win by one shot.
Former champs Paul and John Prince finished second with 70.
