It was a cool and pleasant night at Erie Shores along the Lake in Madison, and Bill Speirs and John Schmidt found it to their liking.
Speirs climbs up the leading board to fifth position by grabbing a skin on the first hole, a 330-yard par four.
Then local Erie Shores player John Schmidt from Madison birdied the 390-yard par four 8th hole for the only other skin on the night.
Each skin paid $172.50.
Pin shot winners were Joey DiDonato with the Mulligan’s pin shot on the 185 yard 5th hole worth $60 and Mark Foss with the pin shot on the 167 yard 2nd hole worth $45.
Next week will be Double Down week at Tanglewood with a 5:30 pm start! The entry is doubled to $60 for this event, and only participants who have played in 2 or more skin game events are eligible to play at Tanglewood in this special event.
