It was the first warm day of the season for golf!
Five skins were out at Chardon Lakes Golf Course, as 18 players participated. There were only 7 birdies made by the entire field.
Skin winners — all with birdies — were Steve Blackburn Jr. on the par five 12th hole, newcomer Colby Decapua of Willoughby Hills with a birdie and a pin shot on the 195-yard par-three 14th hole, Dave Sotka on the par-five 17th hole, and Mark Borlin took home two skins, on the par-four 15th hole and the difficult par-four 16th hole.
Dan Predovic won the other pin shot, on the 11th hole.
Skins paid $82.80 each and each pin shot paid $63.
The race to the Thompson Cup is wide open!!
Next week, the Greater Cleveland Skins Game travels to Quail Hollow Country Club with a 5pm start…
