2013 Greater Cleveland Skins Game: Week 5 Results

Greater Cleveland Skins GameIt was another picture-perfect evening for golf, this time at Fowlers Mill in Chesterland on Thursday.

There were five skins that paid $78.20 each won in the seventeen player field.

Chris Horne, the current 2013 Leader, added to his total with birdie skin on the short par-four 12th hole, with a four foot putt.

Sam Corabi, newly retired senior who seems to be using his new-found free time to sharpen his game, cashed in again with a 40-foot bomb on the 411 yard 10th hole.

Pat Tyrrell got on the 2013 Leaderboard with a 2-putt birdie on the 520-yard par-five 14th hole.

Phil Bojc followed that with a 40 foot bomb of his own on the 374-yard 16th hole for a skin.

And Brian “Big Money” Perkins earned his nickname once again by making a deuce from 4 feet on the 187-yard par three 13th hole, adding the pin shot there for $51 too.

John Zook took home $ for the Mulligans Pin Shot on the 17th hole by almost making an ace, as the ball rolled by the cup to 6 feet. Unfortunately, he could not convert the birdie putt.

Next week, the Greater Cleveland Skins Game travels to Madison Country Club (which is under new ownership!) starting at 5 p.m.
