It was a good night for Brian Pentek from Painesville.
This past Thursday at Fowlers Mill Golf Course in Chesterland, Pentek grabbed the entire $276 skins pot with a pretty straight-forward birdie.
Pentek, the 20012 Greater Cleveland Shoot-Out Champion, made a 5-foot putt for birdie on the 380-yard par-4 9th hole, good for the only skin of the night.
Birdies were tied out on the 2nd, 5th and 8th holes giving Pentek the entire pot.
The Mulligans Pin Shot went to Mark Foss on the 210-yard par-three 2nd hole good for $48, and Mike Angie grabbed the pin shot on the 183-yard 7th hole for $36.
Only three weeks left in the season and Steve Blackburn Jr. holds a healthy lead in the race for the Thompson Cup. Can anyone catch him?
Next Thursday , the Skins Game moves to Legend Lakes Country Club in Chardon for a 4:30 start.
