The Greater Cleveland Skins Game beat the rain on Thursday night, playing at Erie Shores Golf Course in Madison.
Five skins were out, with two going to the guy closest to grabbing the Thompson Cup.
Steve Blackburn Jr. added to his season-long lead with 2 more skins that included a chip-in birdie on the 165-yard par-three 2nd hole, and a birdie on the 360-yard 8th hole. The addition runs his lead out to nearly $400 with just four weeks remaining.
Joey DiDonato got into the mix with a 5-foot birdie putt on the 190-yard par-three 5th hole for a skin.
Mike Angie birdied the par-four 6th hole for a skin, and home course favorite and Club Champion Brian Perkins birdied the par-four 1st hole from 5 feet.
Skins paid $50.60 each
Pin shot winners were Sam Corabi on the 2nd hole good for $33, and Mike Angie with the Mulligan’s Pin Shot on the 5th hole good for $44.
