The weather was brutal at Manikiki for the second week of the Greater Cleveland Skins Game — but not for Chris Horne!
Horne from Bay Village grabbed his first skin ever and the only skin on the night to position himself at the top of the 2013 Greater Cleveland Skins Game Leaderboard.
Horne eagled the par-five 13th hole with a 20-foot putt.
Eighteen players participated and the weather did not cooperate, as 6 holes were left open with no birdies made.
Horne’s skin paid a tidy $414.
Lonnie Kammer grabbed a pin shot again this week after doing so in Week 1, on the 200-yard par three 15th hole. That was the Mulligans pin shot, too, making it worth $72 and moving Kammer into the second position on the Leaderboard.
Mike Angie shot himself onto the 2013 Leaderboard with the pin shot on the 180-yard 11th hole, worth $54.
Next week Thursday, May 2, the Greater Cleveland Skins Game travels to Sleepy Hollow Golf Course in Brecksville, with a 5 p.m. start.
