Nick Anagnost, fresh off his six-birdies-and-an-eagle barrage at last Sunday’s Cleveland Amateur Championship at Manakiki, cashed in big on Thursday as the Greater Cleveland Skins Game traveled to Madison Country Club.
Anagnost hit it to 4-feet on the 185-yard par three 15th hole and made the putt, capturing the pin shot and the only skin won on the night.
Nick’s skin was worth $460 and his Mulligan’s pin shot paid $80.
Anagnost makes a big move up the leaderboard into third place with his $540 night, and becomes the third player to crack the four-figure mark on the season.
The other pin shot went to Brian Perkins on the 135-yard 10th hole which was worth $60.
Next week, the Greater Cleveland Skins Game travels to Quail Hollow Country Club with play starting at 5 p.m.
Note that players have only two more weeks to compete in the six mandatory rounds on the season needed to be eligible for the annual big cash payout event, the Greater Cleveland Shoot-Out which will be held at Fowlers Mill Golf Course in Chesterland on Labor Day Monday!
