The Greater Cleveland Skins Game had twenty players visit Sleepy Hollow Golf Course in Brecksville on Thursday, under threatening weather conditions before the start of play.
Three skins were won on the back nine there, mostly by new faces.
Bob Harmon, a newcomer from North Royalton, made his charge on the very first hole, as he chipped in from the front fringe on the par-4 10th hole for a skin.
Then it was Phil Bojc’s turn, as he canned an 8-foot putt on the long par four 11th hole for a skin.
Don Reynolds of Painesville went to the pay window for the first time this year by making birdie the par-4 16th hole.
Skins paid $153.33 each.
Dave Sotka cashed in big on the only par three on the back nine, with his pin shot paying $140.00 on the the 135-yard 12th hole. But nobody made birdie on the hole.
Steve Blackburn Jr. still sits at the top of the 2012 Leaderboard in his chase for the Thompson Cup.

Next week, the Greater Cleveland Skins Game moves to Powderhorn GC in Madison at 5 p.m. The course has been in great shape with a $15 green fee rate that includes the cart.
