It was a dark and stormy night at Madison Country Club. (Apologies to Snoopy.)
Only three holes were played by the entire Skins Game field at Madison Country Club before the heavy rains came Thursday, so an abbreviated 3-hole pro-rated skins game was made official.
Sam Corabi of Painesville weathered the September storms and made the only birdie on the par-4 second hole to grab a $105 skin. It was Corabi’s first skin of the season.
Since little movement was made on the leaderboard, Eddie Neer continues to lead with just four weeks of Skins Game golf left.
Next week, the Greater Cleveland Skins game moves to Quail Hollow GC in Concord starting at 4:30 pm, where players can enjoy a $25 golf/cart rate.
