Windmill Golf Center in Macedonia will host the NOPGA Junior Winter Golf Camps starting in early-February, and it’s time for players ages 11-18 years to register.
A choice of two-hour time slots are available during each Camp day across a nine-week session starting Feb 9 or 10. The final session in April includes an 18-hole tournament round at Windmill Lakes Golf Club in Ravenna.
Junior campers will be taught by NOPGA Class A PGA Golf Professionals during these sessions. Participants will complete various drills on the essentials of chipping, putting and the fundamentals of the full golf swing. There will also be discussions on the 2019 rules changes and strength and conditioning.
