Troon Buys Indigo; Two Greater Cleveland Daily Fee Courses Affected
Troon® announced today that it has acquired Indigo Golf Partners, the company formerly known as Billy Casper Golf. The transaction affects two Greater Cleveland courses.
Indigo Golf Partners is the second largest golf course management company in the USA behind Troon. Headquartered in Reston, VA, the company owns and operates more than 160 golf courses, country clubs and resorts in 29 states.
In the Greater Cleveland area, Indigo manages Briardale Greens in Euclid and Raintree Golf and Events Center in Green. The company also manages five daily fee courses in Cincinnati.
Prior to the Indigo purchase, Troon’s only Ohio property is Columbus Country Club.
Troon substantially increases its portfolio with the acquisition of Indigo Golf Partners. The company now provides managed services at 585+ locations around the globe, including 630+ 18-hole equivalent golf courses.
