Pat Tournoux + Steve Bedell earned a hard-fought match play victory over Dick Eley + Daniel Slovick, winning the season-long NOGA Old Pal Net Match Play Championship last weekend.
Tournoux and Bedell had to travel to Shawnee Country Club in Lima for the Finals, as it is the home course of Eley and Slovick they were the Number 1 seed based on their 66 in the qualifying tournament.
Tournoux and Bedell were up big early in the match, but lost the advantage by the turn. In the end, a birdie at the last by Bedell gave the pair the 2023 title.
