Brian Klefos + Christine Carroll claimed a one-stroke win in the Championship Division at the Sikich Net Four-Ball #3 at Portage Country Club.
The pairing had four gross birdies on their card, which led to the team posting a 62, the low round of the day. Klefos and Carroll were able to rely on each other all day as there was only one hole they had worse than a par as a team.
The Senior Division was a log jam at the top, as four teams tied for first place. Thomas Barnish + Jim Treiber, Dennis Dempsey + Jeff Skubic, Timothy Swanda + Doug Hauenstein, and Jim Crandall + Tom Freeman all posted 64. All four groups finished one stroke ahead of three other groups, as 7 of 23 groups finish at 65 or better.
The next NOGA Sikich Net Series event will be the Four-Person Shamble on Thursday, August 29th at Maumee Bay Golf Course. Registration opens this Thursday, August 8th.
