Rain drizzled at Barrington Golf Club off and on today at the NOPGA’s Club Car / Pepsi Stroke Play #7. In the Championship Division, Blake Sattler blitzed the field by three strokes, shooting 65 (-7). Sattler had a flawless scorecard with seven birdies on the day and won by three strokes over Jim Troy and Jaysen Hansen.
In the Senior Division, Belmont Country Club’s Mike Stone fired 66 (-6) to win by two strokes over Tom Atchison.
The Northern Ohio PGA travels to Tippecanoe Country Club in Youngstown next week for the Northern Ohio Section PGA Professional Championship on August 21-23.
