The Best Sand/Arms Turf Products Pro-Superintendent took place today at Sand Ridge Golf Club in Chardon, Ohio. The format was a one net better ball of two between one Northern Ohio PGA Professional or Associate and a Superintendent.
The team of Jason Hastings and Bill Lewis from Shaker Heights Country Club led the field at 62 (-10) to win the event by two strokes over Michael Thirion + Fred Martin from Turkeyfoot Golf Links and Sam Wilding + Mike Cook from Mayfield-Sand Ridge Club.
The next stop on the Northern Ohio PGA is next Monday at the Denny Shute Match Play Championship at Portage Country Club.
