Today we hosted another great junior event at Fox Meadow. The course provided a good challenge for our players, and they seemed to enjoy their time on this beautiful track. We had a short rain delay this morning that pushed our players back an hour and a half to begin their rounds, but once the rain was out of the way the players had great weather despite some strong wind gusts.
In our Boys 16-19 Division, David Swab came in with a two over par, 74. Swab shot an impressive two-under par on the front nine.
In the Girls 16-19 Division, Madolyn Kost won her division with a nine over par, 81. Kost has won quite a few tournaments with us on tour this summer, and this event will add to the list.
In the Boys 11-15 Division, Vinh Lai and Kevin Dang came in with a pair of 74’s to take home the win. The two boys played in the same group today as well.
In the Girls 11-15 Division, Gracyn Vidovic came in with a five over par, 77 to take home yet another win here on our junior tour.
We would like to thank Rob Smyser, PGA as well as Joe Puch, PGA for allowing us to host our juniors here at Fox Meadow Country Club.
