For the second year in a row, Shirley Vaughn of Congress Lake Club has won the Northern Ohio Golf Association’s Women’s Stroke Play Championship.
Vaughn shot a score of 2-over par 74 at Lake Forest Country Club in Hudson to beat Club Walden’s Emily Baumgartner by three shots.
In the Senior Division, Alexandria Kasapis of Silver Lake edged out defending champion Denise Callahan from Ohio Prestwick and Gail Hackett from Congress Lake by a single shot.
