The Zoar Golf Club’s Fall 2-Man Scramble was held on Saturday, October 27th, with 28 teams entered and 19 tough enough to compete on a cold, rainy day.
The team of Troy Schonover and Mike Sizler gutted out the tough conditions the best, taking first place with a score of 9-under par 63, earning them $460.
Bobby Harmon and Ron Skirptas finished in second place with a solid 65, good for $300.
Three teams that tied for third place at 6-under par 66, each winning $126: Tyler Watkins and Zach Drukenbrod; Steven Davis and Andy Trem; and Aaron Shanklin and Mark Schneider.
Three skins each paid $126: Davis – Trem birdied #11; Jake Fox – Sam Troyer birdied # 13; and Crone – Steiner birdied #18.
