Freshman sensation Maddie Debnar shot a season low 41 and the Bees received 42’s from Alyssa Drehs and Kathryn Cassidy as Medina beat Brunswick 170-188 at Cherokee Hills Golf Course on Tuesday afternoon.
Cassidy’s birdie on the eighth hole provided the final push for the victory. Meleana Sanivasci added a 45 to round out the scoring.
Brunswick’s Devon Matson shared medalist honors with a very consistent round of 41 on the day. The duo of Kaitlin Merholz and Ericka Marano added 48’s to the scorecard. Morgan Lutch carded a 51 on the day.
