Mike Stone from Fallen Timber Fairways won the 2014 National Car Rental Northern Ohio PGA Assistant Championship Tuesday, September 2 at Shawnee Country Club in Lima, Ohio after a playoff with Joey Bussdieker of Highland Meadows Golf Club.
Both players shot a score of 139 (-5) to get into the playoff. Mike made a birdie on the first hole to win.
Stone and Bussdieker will joined by Glenn Cunningham from Silver Lake Country Club when they represent the Northern Ohio PGA at the National Car Rental Assistant Championship, Oct. 30 – Nov. 2, at PGA Golf Club (Wanamaker Course) in Port St. Lucie, Fla. The facility will be hosting its nineteenth consecutive PGA Assistant Championship.
