Reis Foundation Renews OAO Sponsorship

The John T. Reis Foundation will act as the title sponsor of the Ohio Adaptive Open in 2025, renewing its commitment after a successful first year partnership.

In 2024, the Foundation agreed to sponsor the second annual OAO event, played at Seneca Golf Course in Broadview Heights since its inception. The first event in 2023 drew a field of 23 players from across the world; the number of players increased to 39 in 2024.

John Trenchik of Toledo won the Men’s Overall Championship this past summer, shooting 75-76 to win by one shot over Chris Roberts and Kyle Erickson. Sophia Howard from Hudsonville, MI won the Women’s title handily by 12.

Last week, the Board of the John T. Reis Private Foundation voted unanimously to continue its support of the 2025 Ohio Adaptive Open as the presenting sponsor. The event will again be played at Seneca during the first weekend in August.

“The Northern Ohio Golf Association, our staff, Board of Directors, and all the Ohio Adaptive Open participants thank the John T. Reis Foundation and its Board of Directors for the continued support of the Ohio Adaptive Open,” said NOGA CEO Robb Schulze. “The 2025 OAO will be the best ever!”
