Today at Portage Country Club, Northern Ohio PGA section professionals qualified for spots within the Denny Shute Match Play Championship bracket. Beechmont’s Jaysen Hansen earned the top qualifying spot in the bracket after shooting 1-under par 69. Defending champion Mark Scott Jr. of Westwood is slotted into the #1 spot. Matches will begin tomorrow morning at 9 a.m.
