A score of 19-OVER PAR was all that was required to tie for the top spot after Sunday’s PGA Championship finish at Oak Hill Golf Club in Rochester for the Zoar Golf Club PGA Tour Fantasy Series event on Northern Ohio Golf.
Matt Jurcevic and Seth Scala earned a share of the tie, primarily because they held two of the very few teams who had eight players make the cut!
Jurcevic picked the winner, Brooks Koepka, which helped his finish total significantly. He also chose Patrick Cantlay, who finished at 1-under par total. But Jurcevic’s total score blew up from there, as he only had the minimum of eight players of 12 picks survive the cut.
Scala had nine players make the cut, led by T2 finisher Viktor Hovland and a bonus performance from his fourth column pick of Cameron Davis, who finished at -3.
Jurcevic and Scala each earned $120 for their T1 finish.
Rosemarie Chrisant finished alone in third place one shot behind at 20-over par, good for $60. She also had exactly eight players make the cut, and selected the winner Koepka along with Justin Rose, who finished at 1-under par.
