The Aurora Advocate reported yesterday that the Ohio EPA has approved the funding for the purchase and closing of the Aurora Golf Club by the City of Aurora in early 2013.
The director’s decision may be appealed to the Environmental Review Appeals Commission (ERAC). Appeals must be filed within 30 days of issuing the final action. The Ohio EPA recommends that anyone wishing to file an appeal contact ERAC at 614- 466-8950 for more information.
