The Northern Ohio Golf Association has added two new events to its 2019 tournament schedule, each for a specific set of players:
NOGA Tour Championship
Firestone Country Club, Akron (West & South Courses)
Sun/Mon, September 15-16, 2019
The inaugural NOGA Tour Championship is an invitational that will reward the top players from NOGA’s Player of the Year and Senior Player of the Year points lists to compete at Firestone Country Club on Sunday and Monday, September 15-16.
The first round of the NOGA Tour Championship will be held on the West Course, with the final round at the renowned South Course, home to the PGA Tour Champions’ Bridgestone Senior Players Championship. This is the first time NOGA will conduct a tournament on the South Course at Firestone.
Qualifying players from the points lists have been notified and invited to register, with many of the top players already committed to play. Invited players can confirm entry here.
NOPGA/NOGA Pro-Officials
Lakewood Country Club, Westlake

The Northern Ohio Golf Association and the Northern Ohio PGA cordially invite you to the inaugural NOPGA/NOGA Pro-Officials Tournament presented by Tempercraft on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at Lakewood Country Club with a 1:30 p.m. shotgun start.
The format for this foursome event will be 1 Net (24 max handicap) and 1 Gross Better Ball.
Lunch will begin at 12:00 pm prior to the 1:30 pm shotgun start, and cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served after golf. All players will receive a tee gift, team awards will be presented to the winners, and on-course games will be contested.
NOGA is excited to partner with the Northern Ohio PGA in hosting this special event to further solidify the relationship and to build up on our combined efforts to promote the great game of golf in Northern Ohio.
Registration is required through the team’s NOPGA professional via Blue Golf.
