Uniontown’s Maxwell Moldovan posted rounds of 66 – 69 = 135 (-5) at Springfield Country Club in Ohio today, and has qualified for the 2022 United States Open Championship later this month at The Country Club in Brookline, Massachusetts.

Moldovan finished tied for third place in the qualifier, one shot better than the advancing cut line. Eight players advanced from Springfield, from a field that was filled with numerous PGA Tour players.
