After falling into foreclosure late last summer, the Medina County Common Pleas Court has ordered Medina Country Club to be sold via a public auction that will end at 3 p.m. on Friday, January 31st.
The 27-hole private course, located at 5588 Wedgewood Road in Medina, requires a minimum opening bid of $2.3 million in the auction conducted by George Roman Auctioneers. Property photos and details are included in the auction listing.
The sale is subject to court confirmation, given the millions in debt that has piled up for the club owners.
