Canal Fulton’s Justin Lower, the 2012 winner of both the Ohio Open and Tigertown Open, posted his first-ever win on the NGA Tour last week.
His 8-under par total was good for a one-shot victory at the Spring Hill Classic in Tifton, GA, earning a $28,000 payday in the 72 hole event.

Lower played college golf at Malone and was the 2011 David Toms Award winner, presented by the Golf Coaches Association of America. As an amateur, Lower won the 2011 Ashland Am-Am with Richie Schembechler, the 2010 Eastern Ohio Am at River Greens, and a handful of SCAGA events.
