A couple of 50+ degree weather days in January led to a 2.8% increase in rounds played across Greater Cleveland, according to the latest report from Golf Datatech.
To our south, the Cincinnati market beat down its cabin fever, registering a whopping 40% gain in January rounds played.
For all of Ohio, play figures are up 2.9% vs January 2019.
Regionally, Ohio is in “East North Central”. For that region, rounds were down significantly, 24.7%, due to rainy Detroit and Chicago weather.
