The Northern Ohio PGA team has kept the Ohio Cup Trophy for the fifth consecutive year.
The 2014 Ohio Cup Matches featured the best PGA Golf Professionals from the Northern Ohio PGA versus the best PGA Golf Professionals from the Southern Ohio PGA. This year’s event was contested at Lakewood Country Club, September 22-24, 2014.
The Southern Ohio PGA team won the Singles Matches battle today 8 to 6, but the five point lead the Northern Ohio PGA secured yesterday allowed them to win by a 3 point margin. The final score was NOPGA 15.5 – SOPGA 12.5.
The current record is now Northern Ohio PGA 12 – Southern Ohio PGA 6.
