History was made at the Genesis Invitational this weekend when Hideki Matsuyama fired the lowest final round by a winner at Riviera, a 9-under par 62. This also marked his ninth win on the PGA Tour.
Jon Oates won this week’s Northern Ohio Golf PGA Fantasy Tournament with his 8 best players of 12 combining for 89 strokes under par. His 8 best players included winner Hideki Matsuyama (-17), Will Zalatoris (-14), Patrick Cantlay (-13), Xander Schauffele (-13), Scottie Scheffler (-8), Sam Burns (-8), Adam Svensson (-8), and Cameron Young (-7).
Pat Graham finished in 2nd place eight shots back at 81-under par, and Troy Luckenbaugh finished ten shots back at 79-under par.
For their team selections, Oates earned $185 for 1st place, while Graham earned $111 and Luckenbaugh $74.
