Rounds played across Greater Cleveland were up 56.6% in April 2019 vs April 2018, according to today’s report from Golf Datatech.
Year-to-date rounds were up 64.6% for 2019 vs 2018 across Northeast Ohio as well.
But remember, the weather in Cleveland during the first part of the 2018 golf season was pretty horrific.
In our East North Central region, rounds played year-to-date were up 20.4% in 2019 vs 2018.
Nationally, rounds played were up 6.8% in April and up 1% year-to-date vs 2018.
