NOPGA Junior Golf

More than 125 of Northern Ohio’s top junior players will compete Tues and Weds at Club Walden in Aurora to determine Players of the Year.

Jacob Snay, Emma Gonzalez-Ribble, Coleson Paez, Chloe Wu and Preston Tolnar won their 9-Hole Championship Divisions at Mud Run in Akron.

Silas Kirkpatrick, Gracyn Vidovic, Ryan Czenszak, Olivia Berlingieri and Nicholas Pollak won their divsisions at Gleneagles in Twinsburg.

Dylan Dunn, Sydney Leyerle, David Swab, Kristina Chill, Lucas Cutlip, Ella Wong/Julia Gulla, Peyton Wolf/Fitch Farina/Ryan Czenszak won divisions.

Jake Sylak of Mineral Ridge won the Men’s Division with a 69; Sydney Leyerle of Helena won the Women’s Division with 1-over par 72.

Ryan Dinan, Avery Paez, Fitch Farina, Kristina Chill and Ray Koeberle won age divisions in the NOPGA Junior Tour event at Columbia Hills.
