Eric Coleman and Bobby Harmon vacuumed up the pots on Monday at Chippewa, as the pair won the better ball event with a 5-under par 30 and took the only skin on the session with a birdie on the par-3 sixth hole.
The sweep added $455 to the Coleman/Harmon team’s tally, jumping them up into the second position on the Leaderboard.
But season-long leader Mike Simpson still managed to get his fingers into the pot with a T2 in Week 8, now padding his 2021 lead to $346+.
But the race could tighten starting with the next session.
Next week Monday, July 26th, the Chippewa Scratch League will host its mid-season Steak Night + 3/3/3 Format, with bonus pots in play. Bring extra cash, as entry fees are $10 for each three hole segment ($30), $15 for the 9-hole total, and $15 for the skins pot, plus golf+cart fees.
