A brand new 2-man amateur team event at Club Walden in Aurora was unveiled today by member Larry Lahnan, and it could quickly become a big tournament in Northeast Ohio.
The Walden Challenge will be held on Saturday, October 10th, under a format featuring 9 holes of scramble and 9 holes of better ball.
Prizes will be paid for the overall event championship, for each 9 hole segment, and for skins. A reduced greens fee rate courtesy of Club Walden will make those prizes pots pretty meaty, too!
